PRESCHOOL 

Our Students and Families

At Restoring Hope Christian Academy, we serve ages three through 5 years old and families who want a Christ-centered learning environment for their children in preparation for Kindergarten. We offer classes five days a week with a ten-month regular academic program and a two-month summer program for your convenience.

Our Environment

Restoring Hope Christian Academy students will enjoy small classes in a safe, caring, and loving environment. Our goal is to offer a Christ-centered learning experience that is presented in an environment that is flexible, fun, and tailored to the needs of the students. Parents can rest assured that their child is receiving the best possible opportunity to be successful from experienced teachers and staff members who love each and every child.

Our Educational Program

Restoring Hope Christian Academy students will use exceptional Abeka curriculum designed to promote fun while learning. Students are grouped according to age and ability. They will enjoy age appropriate instruction in Bible, phonics, numbers, writing, and science. Students will also receive training in music, art, technology, health, safety, and manners.

Our Faculty and Staff

Preschool teachers and staff at Restoring Hope Christian Academy are experienced, caring, and born-again Christians. They meet or exceed state requirements for childcare workers. They will also receive training throughout the year in up-to-date, best practices for preschool education, first aid,  and CPR.

Important Forms

Copies of the child’s birth certificate, TN Department of Health Certificate of Immunizations, and a copy of the parent’s insurance card are required for enrollment.

Health and Accident Insurance

Restoring Hope Christian Academy provides a safe and secure environment for students and employees, however the school is not financially liable for accidents that may occur at school.

Toilet Training

All three and four year old’s must be completely toilet trained before entering K3 or K4 classroom.

Summer Program

Our regular school term is August through May. We offer a summer program during June and July.

ELEMENTARY

KINDERGARTEN THROUGH FIFTH GRADE

At Restoring Hope Christian Academy, we strive to provide a place where the focus is on growth for the spiritual and academic health of each student. To provide this focus, the process of admitting students will encompass many factors including, but not limited to, academic, spiritual and social considerations. This process will be for new and returning students. The admission board will review these factors annually for current students. Applicants may be asked to attend an enrollment meeting prior to acceptance. Applicants will be notified of admission results within two weeks.

Financial Information

Tuition, fees, gifts, and donations will support the financial support of Restoring Hope Christian Academy. The ongoing support of Restoring Hope Church allows us to provide quality academic programs at affordable rates. Tuition is used to primarily to pay employees and cover regular operating costs. Restoring Hope Christian Academy will participate in occasional fundraisers and fundraising events to provide additional support and special events.

Health and Accident Insurance

Restoring Hope Christian Academy is not financially liable for accidents that may occur at school. Parents must provide insurance for their children.

Restoring Hope Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally afforded to students at school.

 

UPPER SCHOOL

The upper school is divided into middle school (6th-8th) and high school (9th-12th).
