At Restoring Hope Christian Academy, we understand that your child’s safety and well-being are the most important things in your life. We are pleased to provide a safe and loving environment for extended care both before and after school for students in Kindergarten up to 5th grade.
Before and after care will provide secure and safe supervision before and after school hours for working parents, provide activities designed to enrich a child’s social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs, and provide a positive environment designed to enhance a child’s self-concept.
Hours
The program is five days when school is in session.
- Before Care – 6:30 am to 8 am
- After Care – 3 pm to 6 pm
Registration and Fees
Children must be registered with a complete contract on file to attend Extended Care. Monthly rates are based upon the actual school year cost of the program. Rates do not vary due to vacation, holiday or absences.
- Registration Fee: $55
- Before Care Monthly Fee: $100
- After Care Monthly Fee: $210
Before and After Care are billed monthly; however, emergency before or after care is available two times in a month. The charge for emergency before or after care is $10/hr. If a child is in before or after care more than twice within the month, the full monthly charge will be applied.
Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Children may be withdrawn at any time with a two week notice in writing. This will also prevent your account from being charged the next month’s tuition.
Full payment is due the 3rd of every month. It may be paid separately or included in monthly tuition. Accounts must be current, in order to maintain placement in the program.
